Inigo Factory is the sole owner of the intellectual property rights concerning all or part of WILOKI and in particular all or part of the elements that make it up, which are its drawings, its graphic forms, its scenario, its tools, its software, its texts, its sounds, its music, its domain names and its interactivity, whether they are formalised on the Internet site, on an application, on a CD-ROM, DVD or on any other medium

For ADIBOU BY WILOKI

The “Adibou” trademark is owned by Ubisoft Entertainment. Inigo Factory operates the license under a partnership with Ubisoft Entertainment. In accordance with their contractual agreement which describes the sharing of intellectual property between the two companies, Inigo Factory and Ubisoft Entertainment are the sole and unique owners of the intellectual property rights regarding all or part of ADIBOU BY WILOKI and in particular all or part of the elements that make it up, which are its drawings, its graphic forms, its scenario, its tools, its software, its texts, its sounds, its music, its domain names and its interactivity, whether they are formalised on the Internet site, on an application, on a CD-ROM, a DVD or on any other medium.

Access to the WILOKI and ADIBOU BY WILOKI websites and worlds does not grant to the child’s parents and the child any intellectual and industrial property rights relating to all or part of the above-mentioned elements and their whole. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the WILOKI and ADIBOU BY WILOKI websites is prohibited on any medium whatsoever and by any means whatsoever, as well as to exploit in any way whatsoever, at all, except with the prior written authorisation of the author.

Any infringement of the rights of WILOKI and ADIBOU BY WILOKI may be the subject of appropriate legal proceedings, including infringement proceedings.
