GENERAL DESCRIPTION

ADIBOU BY WILOKI is an application available on browsers (Google Chrome, Safari and Microsoft Edge), the App Store (IOS) and Google Play Store.

Adibou is a large environment dedicated to the development of young children (4-7 years) who have not yet mastered reading. In a playful and highly visual universe, children explore the world alongside Adibou who guides them and assumes the role of a fun and caring big brother.

The game’s objective is to prepare children for the world of today and tomorrow and allow them to develop their knowledge and personality in a positive environment.

Numerous dedicated activities allow them to learn English and mathematics and to progressively apply their knowledge in mini-games stimulating their memory, logic, knowledge of words and numbers, as well as their creativity.

1.1. Prices

The ADIBOU BY WILOKI application offers several game modules. To enjoy unlimited access to each of the available game modules, a specific purchase is required. Prices and offers are indicated on the website. Module purchases are independent. Purchasing one module does not grant unlimited access to other content within the ADIBOU BY WILOKI application. A module purchase only grants unlimited access to the content of that specific module.

For example, to enjoy unlimited access to the Adibou’s Home in the ADIBOU BY WILOKI application, users must make a specific purchase.

Similarly, to enjoy unlimited access to the Adibou adventure The Fireflies’ Song in the ADIBOU BY WILOKI application, users must also make a specific purchase. Finally, to play the adventure The Secret of the Artists without limits, the user must also purchase its specific module. Purchasing the Adibou’s Home does not grant access to the Adibou adventure The Fireflies’ Song or to the Adibou adventure The Secret of the Artists, and vice versa.

Transactions are processed by a responsible adult on behalf of the child directly through the App Store or Google Play Store for tablets and phones, or, if available, via credit card, PayPal, or through our financial partner’s website following the specified procedure. These transactions are conducted under the responsibility of our financial partners, who implement the necessary online security measures. Banking information is not shared with us.

Purchases made on one device grant access to the app on all devices connected to the same buyer account.

After purchase, the service is accessible to all compatible devices for as long as the service is available.

1.2. To start using ADIBOU BY WILOKI

To access ADIBOU BY WILOKI, the parent or the child’s guardian must:

– register their child on the site or on the ADIBOU BY WILOKI application.

– enter the child’s nickname and password on the site or on the ADIBOU BY WILOKI application in the registration section. The parent or the child’s representative is solely responsible for storing and using these.

1.3. Licence to use ADIBOU BY WILOKI

Upon validation of your registration and your purchase(s) following the procedure provided by Inigo Factory, you will receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use of ADIBOU BY WILOKI, valid for as long as the service is available.

Exclusion of users

Inigo Factory expressly reserves the right to deactivate, without prior notice, any player of an online game who, by his behaviour or his messages, would undermine public order or good morals, and particularly if he were to send any message of a paedophile or pornographic nature.

In this case, we reserve the right, without prejudice to damages, to refuse to renew the registration of this or these persons. This exclusion does not give the right to any reimbursement.

Maintenance of the app

We inform you that the ADIBOU BY WILOKI site must be regularly updated for its optimization. In order to do so, we may have to interrupt the connection to the ADIBOU BY WILOKI site for short periods of time.

We will then inform you that “the servers are under maintenance”.

Responsibility

It is expressly agreed that we cannot be held responsible for any malfunctioning of the Internet network affecting the running of the games on ADIBOU BY WILOKI, the transmission or reception of response times or the loading of games.

Despite our best efforts, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that the site or any part of it will function without interruption, that it will be free of computer errors, that any errors found will be corrected, or that the site or the servers providing access to it will be free of viruses or other components likely to cause damage to users’ computer equipment.

Similarly, it is expressly agreed that we cannot be held responsible for any aggressive, inappropriate or illegal behaviour on the part of users of ADIBOU BY WILOKI, whether or not such behaviour takes place on the ADIBOU BY WILOKI site.

Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for the loss or deterioration of user data or for any direct or indirect prejudice of any kind (material, financial or other) that may occur during the use of ADIBOU BY WILOKI.

Access to information

In order to conclude this contract and to ensure the proper functioning of the ADIBOU BY WILOKI products, we are required to ask you for certain information concerning you and your child.

The collection and processing of personal information is carried out on the Site in compliance with the provisions of Law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, known as the French “Information Technology and Freedoms” Law. As such, the Site has been registered to the CNIL under number 1744163.

In accordance with the article 34 of the law “Data processing and Freedoms”, Inigo Factory guarantees to the User and to the Customer a right of opposition, access and correction on the personal data concerning him.

Claims

All products purchased benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.211-1 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code), in accordance with the legal provisions in force.

Applicable law

The present general conditions of sale are subjected to the French law.
